PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE:
THE FIRST INVESTIGATION: This is an enhanced photo of the original below. This photo was originally taken in 2009, during our first investigation at the Deering Estate with League of Paranormal Investigators.
This image was captured facing the house from the small boat dock of the boat basin. The apparition of what seems to be a woman in a white dress, appears to be floating above the water.
Research shows that Charles Deering wanted a channel to be created leading out to Biscayne Bay. Reported in a Miami Herald Article from November 1916, there was an explosion in the boat basin, originating from the barge that was dredging the channel. Five people were killed in the explosion. Perhaps this woman wanders, mourning, looking for her lost love...

Also Captured in 2009, this photo shows an apparition in the distance, at the bend of the path. An enhanced version can be seen below, which focuses on what appears to be a man in light colored shirt and pants.
Psychics at the time felt as if there was a Native Tequesta man that watched over the property and followed us through the trails. He is a guardian of the land, not the houses. We felt his presence as far as the Chinese bridge and beyond the Mangrove path Cutler Creek Bridge.
Apparition photos are a rare find, but on this night, our team found two! There was a second photo taken of this guy, show closer, but more faded. See below.

EVP stands for electronic voice phenomena. It is voices captured on a recording device like a voice recorder or microphone that are not heard by the naked ear at the time, but found upon reviewing the recordings. EVP are classified by A, B and C classes, A being the best and heard without headphones. B is slightly less discernible and needs headphones and C needs to be heard a few times in order to grasp what is being said.
