About the Tours:
Explore into the dark woods of haunted and historical Arch Creek Park and hear stories of paranormal experiences, while discovering the evidence captured by seasoned investigators. Park Rangers team up with Messengers Paranormal to guide you through the gripping history of the park and ghost stories around the campfire. Experience the chilling sounds of the spirits and see for yourself a haunt like no other!
This is a walking tour into the woods, so be sure to dress comfortably and wear closed-toe shoes. It is not recommended for small children, (suitable for ages 8 and over), as there may be mature subject matter. We recommend bringing insect repellent and any tools you wish to use in the capturing of your own paranormal evidence, (i.e.; digital cameras, voice recorders, video cameras, dowsing rods, EMF detectors, etc..) Campfire snacks and water are provided by volunteers of the Messengers Paranormal team.

The History of Arch Creek Park possibly began with the Tequesta Indians as far back as 500 BC-1300 AD. Evidence of this exists as a natural Tequesta midden or habitation site found in an Archeaological excavation of the park. The history of white settlers began with The original military trail, which runs right through the park on to Fort Dallas. In the 1850's a Coontie mill was built into the creek. Remnants of the mill are still seen in the creek today, cut into the limestone.
Also part of the limestone was a natural bridge that once stood over the creek and became a gathering place in the late 1800's, because of its natural beauty and phenomena. The park eventually became the site of a small village, complete with a train station in the 1920's, which may have begun around the attraction of the bridge. The Bridge, surrounded in mystical energy, mysteriously collapsed hours after the park was saved and purchased as a State Park, keeping it from becoming a Chrysler sales lot in 1973. It was purchased.
Paranormal experiences have been reported since it opened as a park in 1982. All of the activity surrounding the bridge, the creek, the Tequesta midden, and the ground water feeding the creek all heighten the level of supernatural energy in the area. Native American beliefs and Paranormal case studies have shown that when limestone and running water meet, spiritual activity increases. Our Messengers team has an ongoing investigation of the park and continue to collect evidence of voices from the past. See our case files, which include everything from EVPs of possibly Native American women and non-human creatures to photos and video of strange light anomalies that were concluded to not be bugs flying through the woods.
